ZINC Network - Digital Manager

As a Digital Manager – Eastern Europe Focus at ZINC Network, you are responsible for supporting the digital components for ZINC's most important campaigns across Europe. Your time will be split between strategy (25%), analysis (25%), and campaign delivery (50%). The ideal candidate is a self-starter that learns quickly and has a passion for politics, disinformation, social issues, and foreign policy. Russian language skills are preferred, but not necessarily required. 
You are expected to:

  • Research new technologies, current affairs, social issues, and foreign policy

  • Add your cultural, technical, and strategic insights to conversations

  • Develop campaign strategies

  • Provide insights on campaign performance

  • Assist with community management

  • Produce social listening reports

  • Communicate campaign progress to Account Directors and the Head of Digital

This will involve (but is not limited to):

  • Using analytics tools to perform audience analysis, track campaign performance, and compile reports

  • Monitoring CPMs and CPVs

  • Working with the Head of Digital to produce strategy documents

  • Identifying and liaising with influencers to deliver to deliver campaigns

  • Conducting research on online conversations using social media listening tools such as BrandWatch or TalkWalker

  • Performing audience segmentation using tools such as Audience or Affinio

  • Creating of content calendars

  • Analysing search terms using Google Keyword Planner

  • Producing weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports

You should have the following skills:

  • Ad buying (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads)

  • Analytics (Facebook Insights, CrowdTangle, NewsWhip, Tubular Labs)

  • Social media listening (Brandwatch, Talkwalker)

  • Influencer identification (Tubular Labs)

  • Audience development (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, WeChat, OK, VK)

  • SEO

  • Research

  • Report writing
