Zendesk - Solution Architect, EMEA

We are looking for a dynamic pre-sales superstar who enjoys positioning technical solutions and services to prospective Zendesk Clients. What will you be doing?

  • Work collaboratively with sales and presales to position success paths for our prospects and customers

  • Partner with professional services to discuss and problem-solve client solution designs and implementations

  • Link and translate business processes with viable product/ technical solutions

  • Gathering requirements: scoping, sizing and creating Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders for new and existing customers

  • Position and present implementation package offerings to customers and prospects

  • Presenting and interacting with customers - showcase high energy, enthusiasm and positivity to senior stakeholders/ C-Suite

What we'll be looking for in your CV and will be assessing you on:

  • 3+ years presales/ consulting services and implementation delivery experience in a SaaS environment

  • Experience of selling to mid-sized clients

  • Experience with various architectures (Web, Cloud, Integration) and methodologies

  • Solid knowledge of RESTful and JSON API implementation and design patterns

  • Superior scoping abilities

  • Experience in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment

  • Highly customer orientated and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively; manage multiple engagements concurrently

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; engaging presentation style with the ability to control various presentation scenarios with stakeholders across all levels

  • Good understanding of Contact Center/ Customer Support processes, infrastructure, and challenges

  • Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses

  • Fluent English (to business-level, verbal and written)

  • Able and willing to travel up to 20%

  • University Degree or equivalent

  • Nice to have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service software or other relevant business applications

  • Knowledge on Zendesk configuration and implementation approaches

  • Knowledge on Zendesk App Framework and related SSO capabilities

  • Knowledge in web/ scripting technologies

  • Additional fluent European language skills (to business-level verbal and written)
