BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience,
Experience using analytics to drive growth in partnerships
Partnership management experience in the field of media and technology, OTT and streaming video.
Business development and relationship management experience. Experience negotiating agreements with device operators.
Significant experience dealing with device operator partners and OTT technologies with an understanding of their business models.
Experience thriving in ambiguous environments. Ability to escalate and clearly present distilled key issues to senior management.
Experience working with legal contracts. Ability to interpret legal documents and work with lawyers on specific contract language.
Understand complex technical products. Knowledge of video technologies such as DRM/Video codecs (including working with SoC vendors).
Strong knowledge of YouTube and Google’s products and the industries they operate within.
Extensive track record of successful partner management driving growth through strategic thinking and deep partnership.

The Global YouTube Product Partnerships team leads the development of YouTube's distribution, strategic marketing and technology licensing partnerships. In this role, you will help to drive distribution of YouTube apps across platforms in EMEA, generate awareness, increase usage, and work to identify partnership opportunities to aid product development.
You will develop deep partnerships with connected device partners in the TV space, understanding their business and operating market in depth, working to create the best YouTube user experience for their customers, advocating and distributing YouTube products.

Serve as the point-of-contact for device partners in the TV space, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries. Build detailed account plans and execute regular Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs) for partners.
Manage and optimize ongoing operations of strategic partnerships (e.g. establishing Key Performance Indicators and enabling partners to achieve them, drive user engagement with YouTube through placement and marketing initiatives).
Navigate cross-functional complexity to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for our partnerships. Coordinate with product leads to deliver the strategy for those products in region.
Track partner performance, developing performance KPIs and data driven approaches to measure impact and success.
Work with the EMEA Lead to execute the regional Device team strategy. Work with internal teams across YouTube and Google to ensure the alignment and execution of KPIs.
