As part of the Marketing Concierge Team, the Channel Marketing Coordinator will support in the successful delivery of marketing campaigns for our Channel Partners. The Channel Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of the full lifecycle of the campaign delivery, from an initial consultation and briefing with the Partner to ensure the right activity(ies) is selected, planning the campaign and co-ordinating internal and external resources for production of assets and campaign activation through to post campaign reporting and reviews with the Partner.
You must be fluent in English plus French and/or German.
Primary client marketing contact providing telephone based marketing support for up to 50 named Partners across multiple countries including but not limited to France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, Italy, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia. (Two roles are available one for French speaking counties, one for German speaking countries with other countries supported in English)
Host regular marketing reviews with named Partners, assist with marketing planning to achieve stated sales goals
Share news of the clients marketing campaigns and supporting activities, ensure Partners engage appropriately with the clients portfolio of marketing support for mutual business growth
Building and maintaining strong internal and Partner relationships to establish 'trusted advisor' status for channel marketing best practice.
Partner liaison to enable Partners to customise pre-packaged marketing campaigns, messaging and activities to meet their objectives.
Working with Sales Team to ensure all Partner leads are followed up and resulting opportunities uploaded into the Deal Registration system by Partners
Monitoring campaign progress and course-correcting where necessary to deliver expected results.
Completion of post-campaign wrap-up call with Sales and Partners to advise on campaign-follow up activities and get feedback on the Concierge Service that's been provided.
Maintain Outreach and SFDC. Use the Outreach Engagement Platform to create sequences and monitor responses in order to measure engagement levels and ensure target partner list is aligned to pipeline achievement goals.
The ideal candidate will have a B2B marketing background (preferably in the technology sector), with a minimum of 2 to 3 years' knowledge.
Must have advanced native English skills and either native level German or French

In addition to the above, the ability to speak any of the following languages would be beneficial: Italian, Russian, Dutch, Arabic. Also desirable would be experience in creating and running email marketing campaigns using Mail Chimp.
