Admin - Support Event Manager with data collection including all legal forms. Ensure the player database and all documents related to events are kept up to date.
Finance – Support VP Europe and Event Manager with invoices from suppliers and the financial payment process to ensure timely payments are achieved.
Marketing - Assist with briefs and coordinate WPT designated videographer and official photographer. Ensure all collateral is stored for post event marketing opportunities
Creative -. Oversee the creative process to comply with sponsorship brand guideline required for consistent look and feel throughout all communication channels around the event.
Travel – Support Event Manager with extended team members requirements for all travel across the year
Social – Support Event Manager in event communication on social channels.
Events - Assist Event Manager on site with day to day tasks.
Off-felt player activities – Research venues and activities suitable for the local and international players attending events to create an excellent player experience away from the poker tournament area.
Player hosting – Host the online qualifiers of sponsor partners and special WPT guests.
Languages : English, French, German, Italian, or Russian
3+ year Business/Marketing degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Photoshop
Curiosity and Passion sports/entertainment/gaming
Strong time management and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Bright, social personality with strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work non-conventional office hours including weekends and travel extensively
Good temperament suitable for crisis management in live event situation
