Viber - HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Viber is looking for a motivated and proactive, HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Viber's global offices. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys working with international partners. The HR & TA Specialist will be responsible for creating a great candidate and employee experience. This starts with building strong candidate pipelines, providing a spectacular on-boarding, and continues with developing employee initiatives. 
The individual will gain expansive knowledge of HR and recruiting across the globe. 

Responsibilities:
HR:

  • Maintain global employee files and personal records

  • Update company HRIS- Workday

  • Plan employee celebrations (holiday parties, employee gifts, etc)

  • Support visas and relocation projects across the globe

  • Partner with managers to continuously develop their employees

Talent Acquisition:

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate phone screens and onsite interviews

  • Use a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods (networking, Linkedin, etc)

  • Maintain and update backend of recruiting system (Greenhouse)

  • Maintain candidate pipeline, job descriptions, and reports

  • Assist with on-boarding candidates. This includes gathering new hire paperwork, coordinating travel, workstation set-up needs, and more.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or recruiting role at tech company

  • Strong problem solving skills, multi-tasking and a sense of urgency is required

  • Flexible self- starter. Ability to contribute in a high-paced work environment with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.

  • MUST have experience working with: applicant tracking system, and HRIS (preferred: Workday), and Linkedin

  • MUST be willing to be flexible with working across time zones in US, Europe, CIS, and APAC

  • Tact and diplomacy for dealing with internal associates as well as external vendors

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Russian or other languages is a plus.
