Twitch - Partnerships Acquisition Manager, CIS

The Partnerships Acquisition Manager for CIS will be responsible for key content acquisitions and working on strategic initiatives tied to content growth. This position will manage key relationships with partnered content creators. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a customer service mentality, a passion for gaming and the ability to execute under evolving timelines.

Responsiblities

  • Create, manage and execute local strategic initiatives and other partnership projects
  • Track, manage and report key performance metrics, objectives and goals
  • Regularly report to senior management
  • Business development, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution
  • Identify, develop and recruit content creators to use the platform
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partnered content creators
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sales and Content teams

Requirements

  • Management experience
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Must be organized, strategic, creative and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against organisation goals
  • Self-starter mentality - must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
  • Goal oriented: focused on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals
  • Interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, building rapport, and relating to others at all levels
  • Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
  • Deep knowledge of the games industry and games media
  • Ability to travel to gaming conventions (Igromir, Epicenters, StreamFest), more than 30 days of traveling a year
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs and sheets

Bonus points

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or International Studies
  • Familiarity with Twitch as a user and broadcaster
  • Strong existing relationships within the gaming community
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Advanced Office and Excel skills
  • Experience with esports, live video content, or gaming communities
  • Previous employment at a games industry company, or as a content creator
