When people move to a new country, they face plenty of challenges getting settled, housing, healthcare language barriers, etc. Sending money back home should be simple and affordable, and sadly it’s usually not.
At TransferGo, we aim to make life easier for anyone sending money abroad by removing the delays, paperwork and fees that traditional banks and cash bureaus have, and offering superior customer service. That’s why our service, available on both web and mobile, has an over 1,000,000 customers, and an industry-leading NPS of 75+ (and a five-star rating on TrustPilot).
We are a fast growing (Series B) FinTech company with an international team of almost 100 people across offices in Vilnius, London, Berlin, Warsaw and Istanbul. We successfully completed our first Series B funding round in May, 2018, and we are looking to improve our product and expand our customer base across existing and new markets.
We’re looking for an experienced engagement marketer who can help us better serve our fast-growing base of 1,000,000 customers. This ranges from helping them understand and use the product when they first sign up, to benefitting from our full range of features as their needs change. You will rely primarily on automated email, but also interactions with our customer service team, push notifications and paid social advertising.
You’ll need to develop and implement our end-to-end engagement strategy. That starts with understanding the needs of the business, defining and prioritising goals and opportunities. Then you’ll need to implement your recommendations, track the results, share what you learn, and continue to optimise and iterate. You’ll run campaigns across seven languages and over a dozen countries (and cultures). Because we have a large, fast-growing and highly engaged customer base, you’ll have an opportunity to have a big impact quickly.
TransferGo is growing fast, and we need people who can learn quickly and handle ever-increasing amounts of responsibility. You’ll be strongly encouraged to take on new challenges and grow your knowledge and skills. You will join a team of bright experienced marketers who experiment and iterate quickly. This includes other performance marketers, analysts, designers, and writers. We’re very data-driven and very customer-focused.
