We are a fast growing (Series B) FinTech company with an international team of almost 100 people across offices in Vilnius, London, Berlin, Warsaw and Istanbul. We successfully completed our first Series B funding round in May, 2018, and we are looking to improve our product and expand our customer base across existing and new markets.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced engagement marketer who can help us better serve our fast-growing base of 1,000,000 customers. This ranges from helping them understand and use the product when they first sign up, to benefitting from our full range of features as their needs change. You will rely primarily on automated email, but also interactions with our customer service team, push notifications and paid social advertising.

You’ll need to develop and implement our end-to-end engagement strategy. That starts with understanding the needs of the business, defining and prioritising goals and opportunities. Then you’ll need to implement your recommendations, track the results, share what you learn, and continue to optimise and iterate. You’ll run campaigns across seven languages and over a dozen countries (and cultures). Because we have a large, fast-growing and highly engaged customer base, you’ll have an opportunity to have a big impact quickly.

This includes other performance marketers, analysts, designers, and writers. We’re very data-driven and very customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our business leaders to develop an engagement strategy covering our customers’ full lifecycle.

  • Incorporate lessons and feedback, prioritise the initiatives, and establish targets.

  • Work with our writers, analysts, designers, country managers, product team and operations team to execute your strategy.

  • Track and interpret results, and make new recommendations based on your learning.

  • Familiarise yourself with our different groups of customers (in different countries, from different cultures), and use those insights to make your content more compelling.

  • Continue to identify opportunities to expand and accelerate the business and better serve our customers.

  • Communicate key insights to the broader organisation to help us all learn.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience designing and running successful engagement marketing campaigns (anywhere from lead nurture through retention), in a successful B2C company.

  • Familiarity with the “tools of the trade” including automated email platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation systems.

  • Good in-depth understanding of engagement marketing best practices including segmentation, campaign design, drip sequences, email deliverability, and winning creative.

  • Able to brief in creative and work with writers and designers to create content that is clear, on-brand, and compelling – delivering measurable results.

  • Ability to reason quantitatively, to interpret and evaluate data, and use it to guide strategic recommendations.

  • Clear communicator who knows how to work with people to solve problems.

  • B2C experience preferred but not required.

  • Also a plus (but not required) if you can speak any of: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian or Romanian.
