I am looking for a fluent Russian and English speaking HR professional to join a family office in either a part time or full time capacity.
This role will be based in smart offices in Knightsbridge, working within a small hard working team who support an UHNW London based Russian family.
- Overseeing and managing recruitment – putting together job descriptions, interviewing, testing, liaison with recruiters, contracts and offer letters.
- Overseeing staff inductions.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Overseeing performance reviews.
- Maintaining employee benefit.
- Ensuring legal compliance.
- Maintaining management guidelines.
- Ad hoc assistance with office administration.
Candidates must have proven HR experience, ideally within a small to medium offices and be completely up-to-date with the latest UK employment legislation. Further to this, preferred candidates will be well presented, discreet, able to work in a team and happy to go the extra mile.
Salary is subject to experience.
