The Stick Company - Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Doing research on promo channels for our products. Research should include 1) the list of market segments each featuring top 100 online & offline retailers and suppliers, 2) the list of relevant shows and exhibitions for each segment (with contacts)

  • Building and managing B2B sales team and freelance agents

  • Recruiting and teaching sales agents

  • Taking part in building the KPI payment system for the agents

  • Setting tasks and controlling execution (on every day basis)

  • Organizing company's presence on shows and exhibitions

  • Reports

Requirements:

  • Experience on Head of Sales position for 2+ years

  • Native or advanced English speaker

  • Great communication and management skills

  • Preferably with experience in the category of phone accessories or electronics

  • Preferably with experience in launching new projects

  • Preferably Russian speaker
