Working as the Recruitment Assistant you will provide key support to the Recruitment Team working worldwide, focusing on Russian-speaking countries.
The scope of work concerns the most skilled positions for all functions of a significant number of EPC projects (Petrochemical and Oil & Gas) worldwide.
Duties and responsibilities:
Draft recruitment adverts, candidate specifications, job descriptions and all other recruitment materials;
Manage job postings on a variety of job boards, company’s career page, LinkedIn, social media;
Manage internal CV database;
Support Recruitment team with CV screening, interview scheduling, assessments if required;
Maintain recruitment records by gathering and inputting data;
Collect recruitment data (weekly, monthly and quarterly) for separate projects;
Update internal documents as required;
Provide reporting and analytics of recruitment activities as required.
Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook);
High attention to detail;
Familiarity with Success Factors would be advantageous;
The candidates MUST HAVE the right to work in the UK.
