Tai United Management Ltd - Property Sales Manager

Key responsibilities include

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; writing a contract.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Maintain client relationship
  • Provide sales training to team members
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Pursue professional and personal development to ensure competitive knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Leverage social media to successfully prospect and build a professional network
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars (as required)


  • Russian, Mandarin, Arabic speaker is preferable
  • Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Relevant Sales experience real estate industry
  • Overseas work experience is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 /year
