As Partner Development Manager (m/f), you will be responsible for sales revenue generated from Tableau's partner network predominantly in Russia. You will be responsible for and oversee Partner recruiting, management and programs including partners' program definitions, partner pricing schedules, and partner on- boarding. You'll work hand-in-hand with our sales, marketing and EMEA partner team on partner resources. This role is a high impact, quota- carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
Developing and manage partner strategy programs to maximize sales revenue from indirect channels, predominantly resellers within your region
Single point of contact for your regional partners, including on-boarding, partner account management, Q&A, etc.
Co-selling with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on the Partner engagement model
Quota responsibility for regional reseller revenue
Responsible for input into Tableau partner programs, including assisting with program definitions, oversight, pricing, and partner resources
Working directly with marketing team to develop partner marketing program, including enhanced partner website portal, partner product certification, partner training, and collateral
Responsible for partner enablement in the region
Knowledge & Skills required:
Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced sales environment
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools
Demonstrated C-level negotiation skills, selling complex SaaS solutions
Fluency in written and oral communication skills both in English and Russian
Demonstrated Partner Management experience for Software companies (BI preferred) in Russia including demonstrated experience of acquiring and on-boarding new resellers
Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modelling, or business intelligence
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a technical or business focus preferred
Consistent over achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory
Desire to bring new customers into the Tableau franchise and maximize revenue; passionate about growing and developing existing partner’s footprint within Tableau
