Position Description

As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you are accountable for attracting and selecting the best candidates to join the Sitecore sales organization. You will own the entire recruiting process from working with hiring managers on job requirements to the closing and offer stage. You will leverage a deep knowledge of Sitecore’s business partnering with the hiring managers and leadership team to drive the talent process across employer branding, developing job specifications, passive and active sourcing, inbound and outbound inquiries, interview strategies and final selection processes that ensure a strong culture fit and ability to impact organizational outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Effectively project manage, oversee and deliver on a high volume of recruitment across multiple parts of the EMEA sales organization

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy

  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates

  • Help drive talent strategy, partnering with the sales leadership team and hiring managers to successfully attract and place exceptional talent across the organization.

  • Strategize on ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  • Proactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address them

  • Own the entire recruiting cycle with innovative and creative liberty to drive business impact

  • Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process

  • Data driven and analytic approach to managing the process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics. Maintain accurate applicant data. Track and report on pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all requisitions within the company across multiple business functions

  • Work effectively with talent acquisition coordinators to help drive an efficient recruiting process

Qualifications

  • Experienced recruiter with demonstrable experience in handling high volume recruitment from an agency, RPO or in-house background

  • In addition, must have experience hiring full time technically astute employees, preferably within a software company

  • Experience working on multiple requisitions across a variety of roles supporting multiple hiring managers in different geographic regions

  • Demonstrable ability to maintain productivity in ever changing environment with competing priorities

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

  • Owning and managing an ATS infrastructure, preferably Jobvite

  • Strong communication and rapport building skills are a must

  • Strong accuracy and attention to details skills

  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment

  • BA degree preferred

  • Multiple language ability a plus
