SC Johnson - Analyst

To provide a professional service to trade and internal customers and to be responsible for order management with retail customers.To ensure that customer and company case-fill targets are met.

  • Accountable for all aspects of service for a portfolio of defined customers for which the Analyst is completely responsible.

  • To attend and present customer meetings with trade customers required.

Job Details:

  • To leverage communication and influencing skills in relation to order management, to maximise the customer case fill (and on time delivery if appropriate) in line with departmental and customer targets.

  • Ensure integrity in the use of rejection reason codes assigned to orders, to ensure alignment with customer KPIs.

  • Performance reporting.

Relationship management

  • To work closely with other members of the customer Fulfilment team, as well as the Associate Manager to provide outstanding service to all customers


  • To maximise collaborative ways of working with trade customers through analysis, and communicating recommendations to benefit the business.

  • To build strong collaboration with our partners in the local business to drive commercial and supply chain initiatives.

Product Portfolio Management

  • To professionally manage stock allocations together with the centralised team, in line with local sales & supply chain teams’ expectations in low or out of stock situations.

  • To ensure the effective management of new product listings and delists into customers through liaison with the local sales & logistics service providers.

Promotional Management

  • Root cause analysis & recommendation of solutions to prevent recurrence

  • Supported by promotional grids, to work closely with local sales teams and customers to ensure the professional management of customer promotions/other trade events

Order Fulfilment

  • Ensure the accurate and smooth processing of customer orders

  • Ensure accurate master data (Customer & Material Data) in SAP

Continuous Improvement

  • To deliver ongoing efficiency & effectiveness improvements to the order management activity using lean tools and methodologies.


  • Fluent in English & Russian both written and verbal

  • Should be of graduate caliber

  • Previous experience in customer services.

  • Understanding of end to end supply chain an advantage

  • Order management experience

  • Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Outlook
