Russian-Speaking Corporate Finance Analyst / Manager

Overall description:

You will become a part of corporate financing team reporting to Treasury and Corporate Finance Director based in London, and interact closely with treasury teams in Moscow, Zug and Chicago. Major areas of responsibility are analysis and reporting on debt related matters, analysis and maintenance of existing public debt and derivative transactions, support of interaction with credit rating agencies. Project part includes preparation to issuance of capital markets instruments (Eurobonds, equity etc.).

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of reports with various frequency (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual/semi-annual) primarily focused on debt and financing matters, debt capital markets, derivatives

  • Preparation of regular reports and answers on ad hoc business related queries from major international rating agencies

  • Keeping loan portfolio database and record of schedule for debt related payments for consolidated debt analytics of the Group

  • Derivative valuation on a monthly basis (cross-currency swaps, FX forwards, etc.). EMIR reporting for existing derivative positions of subsidiaries

  • Participation in preparations of IFRS financial statements and Annual report of the Company in parts related to debt and derivatives

  • Active participation in corporate financing projects such as issuance of capital market securities (Eurobonds, ECP, equity), liability management exercises (tender offers for debt securities and similar), hedging activity

Desired candidate profile | qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance or Economics

  • 2-3 year experience in corporate finance and/or financing team of large and ideally publicly listed corporate or experience in a bank servicing the corporates on the above mentioned matters

  • Understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, capital structure matters

  • Knowledge of capital markets, securities categories, types, purposes, advantages and risks of use

  • Knowledge of derivative markets, major derivative classes, way and purpose of use, valuation

  • Solid analytical skills, accuracy, attention to details

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency in English and Russian, both spoken and written

  • Strong working knowledge of MS office package, primarily Excel, Power Point
