Technical Support Analyst. 1st Line Support French Speaker.
This role provides frontline support to a global customer base.
Experience as Technical Support Analyst / 1st Line Support Engineer
Working knowledge of PC’s, including MS Windows 2000/XP/7, Server 2000/2003/2008 along with MS Office 2000 / 2007.
A strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2005 / 2008 is a plus.
Strong communication, problem solving, time management and team building skills are essential.
1– 3 years of experience in customer service within a call centre/help desk environment, supporting software products.
In addition to English you will be a fluent French speaker although any of following languages would be beneficial. : Arabic, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish or Swedish.
