Reporting directly into the Head of International, your Key Responsibilities will be:
Manage a selection (and growing number of) of international retail accounts, with responsibility for retailer business plans & budgets.
Assisting Head of International devise and execute comprehensive brand and sales strategies for existing and new international accounts.
Identity new opportunities to create long term, sustainable, and profitable growth.
Act as the key coordinator between the marketing, product development, supply chain, and relevant retail teams to execute effective retailer business plans.
Analyse wholesale and retail data to identify strengths and weaknesses, along with spotting upcoming trends.
Reviewing and preparing contracts, terms and conditions and pricing strategies with international partners and distributors.
Assisting Head of International in the global expansion of the brand: developing new markets and appointing international distributors.
Actively monitor competitor movements and conduct regular competitor reviews to maintain our commercial edge.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure all activity is line with both the company and retailers’ critical path.
Work with the operations team to plan and communicate stock requirements.
Ensure all international instore POS is in line with both the brand direction and customer needs for their markets.
Ensure all financial trackers are updated within agreed timelines
Building strong and positive business relationships with the clients
The successful International Account Manager will have the following skills and qualities:
3+ years of experience in international business management and distribution, preferably working for a brand within the beauty industry.
Fluency in English and native Russian speaker essential. Advanced knowledge of French desirable.
Preferred degree (and masters) in International Business Management or similar.
A pro-active, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strategic, analytical approach, highly organised, and good attention to detail.
A team player with a strong, collaborative work ethic, and a professional friendly approach.
Self-motivated, uses initiative, and is an effective problem solver.
Deadline driven, with a proven track record in building strong relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced level MS office skills, especially Excel.
