The role in detail
As a Creative Designer (with Russian), you will:
Liaise with client and Client Management team to discuss the product or service to be marketed, being involved in client briefings and immersions, specifically for our emerging Russian client base but with exposure to all projects
Conduct your own research into the target group and current trends from insights gathered by our Futures and Strategy teams and apply this to interpreting the creative briefs
Conceive branding, packaging and collateral designs and advertising campaign materials to impart the desired product image
Review and revise designs concepts from throughout the development process
Keep abreast of innovations in the media, design and advertising industry and be able to integrate new technical, visual and sustainability solutions into a design concept
Help Futures and Marketing & Communications teams to arrange events to promote the image of Pearlfisher and our clients' brands, products and services
Work with Realisation to ensure any Russian texts are correctly placed in artworks
Work with New Business teams to advise on adaptations to creds or other new business collateral or initiatives for the Russian market

You will report directly to Pearlfisher London's Creative Director.
