Pareto Law - Sales Executive

Our client produces 13 finance and investment conferences around the world: they aim to improve connectivity between companies looking to raise capital and investors seeking to deploy it. They aim to connect people through establishing communities of corporates, SMEs, government entities, advisors, regulators, bankers and funds.

They’re looking for highly driven Graduate Sales Executives to drive both sponsorship and delegate sales, in addition to managing client relationships. With a truly global presence, they’re also in need of graduates fluent to a minimum of business level in a number of languages – including French, Arabic, Russian and Spanish.

Graduate Sales Executive – the package:

  • £25k basic salary

  • Up to £35k in OTE

  • Mobile phone

  • Pension contributions

  • Nights out/social events

  • Bonus and incentive scheme

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining new business and increasing existing revenues from all clients

  • Preparation and delivery of clear and well-planned telephone and face-to-face sales presentations to existing and potential new customers

  • Keeping up to date with competitor events and services

  • Accurate maintenance of client records, leads information and market intelligence

  • All administration and paperwork, including sales proposals and letters

The successful candidate will be responsible for educating customers on the value of the event sponsorships and working with marketing and production teams to grow the network of potential customers.
Candidate requirements:

  • Essential: Educated to degree level

  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate

  • Highly desirable: Fluency to business level in French, Arabic, Russian or Spanish

  • A creative and consultative approach
