We are looking for PR Consultant to join our team. We operate a creative, innovative and fast paced working environment.
PR Consultant will be required:
to create content for the weekly CEO blog posts and assist in the promotion of the blog through Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media to ensure that the existing and new clientele has access to the latest products in the field
to research and deliver to the media key professional issues that firm is dealing with
to write and edit newsletters, reports, brochures, speeches, product information, trade magazine articles and other communications materials. The PR Consultant will be responsible for reputation and brand management of Oasis Accountants.
to conduct event management functions, such as organising news conferences, presentations, product launch parties and speaking engagements that helps gain the public and customer’s attention. The PR consultant must ensure that all key people are in attendance and that publicity materials are properly produced.
to form and establish relationships with business partners, foreign representatives, media authorities is the key element of PR Consultant’s role.
to assess and analyse business performance of the company and work with other members of the Corporate Marketing team to integrate messaging across external, internal, and social channels to ensure consistency; engage with and supervise the main marketing and business development activity and ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the PR strategic goals, relevant plans for growth and new business opportunities for Oasis Accountants;
to drive the company’s strategic, financial and vertical business objectives through PR activities
to establish and maintain relationships with local, regional, trade, and national media outlets to secure positive coverage of the company and its activities while acting as primary company’s spokesperson
to prepare senior members of the company for media engagements, including media interviews, speeches as well as conduct media training with company members to insure that the company utilises their facility to approach the niche market
to develop and maintain content across company's external communication channels, including company website, social media channels
to establish new partnership with advertising and marketing professionals to create campaigns to raise the public interest in the company
to maintain relationship with existing clients, media representatives and individuals
to ensure all social, digital trends and insights and share with teams in order to mobilize, develop, and motivate the development of the company
to write timely press releases and media kits, and direct social media team for proactive and regular communication with potential clients
to write internal communications and speeches for the business needs
Requirements & qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Advertising or PR Management or related areas
Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, Marketing industry or Digital Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience in event management and promotion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent writing and drafting skills
Excellent understanding of all aspects of press and public relations and their integration with other externally facing marketing communications channels, such as digital content and social media
Strong idea generator of topics for the purpose of publishing them in the mass media
Knowledge of modern marketing and PR strategies; experience in social media development (evidence of attending conferences, workshops, and seminars on the relevant topics must be provided)
Proven experience of working in the field of public relations in the Eastern European market
High abilities and experience in team work
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and to effectively prioritise multiple work streams
Experience working in a dynamic and fluid environment with multi-disciplinary teams
A fresh thinker who embraces challenges, opportunities to learn new tools and modern methods of thinking
Availability and readiness to travel occasionally as media opportunities become available
Fluent English is required; knowledge of Eastern European languages such as Russian or/and Ukrainian will be an advantage due to the business needs
