We are looking for a focused, eager and intelligent Individual to join the Retention Sales team within the London based Sales department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn about the FX and CFD markets from industry professionals.
Develop your sales process and customer service skills
Drive sales for Retail products and services
Responsible for answering prospects questions
Responsible for documenting all client communications in Salesforce®
Attend sales meetings
Ability to work flexible hours
Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Some sales experience- phone and/or face to face
Demonstrated desire and willingness to continually upgrade skills and training with regards to financial markets, combined with an interest in international events
An independent, self-directed individual who is not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
Excellent written and oral communications skills combined with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, identify key messaging for different audiences
Positive attitude, flexible nature, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
A highly detailed individual with the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience in Salesforce® an asset
Solid analytical, quantitative, verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the financial industry or technology sectors would be an asset
Salary and benefits will be competitive. In addition, the RM will be eligible for a performance-based variable compensation plan.
Fluency (spoken and written) in Russian and English languages.
