Ninety Thousand Hours - Subscriptions Sales Executive

This dedicated financial data intelligence service is looking for an ambitious and consultative Sales Executive - ideally with French, German or Russian language skills. The successful candidate will be selling innovative information products and other associated foreign direct investment products throughout Europe, and from the central office in the heart of London. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this European sales role, you will be expected to:

  • Cold call potential customers, building long-term relationships and pitching utilising WebEx 
  • Visit potential clients, delivering a consultative sales pitch face to face throughout Europe 
  • Quote, negotiate and close sales agreements for our planning products as well as a variety of financial market intelligence products. 
  • Gather market and customer information and provide analysis on buying trends 
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, networking for potential sales opportunities 
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities for all of company products 
  • Utilise Salesforce to track all sales leads

WHAT DO YOU NEED? 

The successful candidate will have a consultative approach, with experience in subscription sales ideally across business information products. Any European language skills combined with a willingness to travel will strengthen your application.

You should also have:

  • Proven, versatile sales experience within Business Information, Databases and/or Software SAS products 
  • Computer literate (CRM, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Gmail) 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Russian language skills are highly desirable as is an understanding of, or proven sales experience in, GIS products 
  • An understanding of the FDI marketplace
