Navigant’s Global Investigations & Compliance team has unparalleled Anti-Money Laundering Investigations, Compliance and Advisory expertise; Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Investigations, Compliance and Advisory expertise; and Public Sector Investigations & Monitoring Services expertise. Our professionals conduct investigations and assess and enhance compliance programs, including internal controls systems; develop and implement training programs and deploy proprietary technological and investigative due diligence protocols for some of the world’s largest companies. Responsibilities

Consultants at Navigant are given a unique opportunity to develop their skills in a variety of areas while working in a collaborative team environment that brings together individuals from different disciplines to provide our clients with innovative solutions to their most pressing problems. Our consultants perform a wide range of functions including but not limited to:

Analytics and Problem Solving – Navigant’s consultants perform critical, value-add work that can directly impact a client’s bottom line. Responsibilities may include analyzing transaction data for patterns and anomalies using general reasoning and logic; conducting detailed research, fact finding, and analysis; developing a narrative from research findings and identification of transaction patterns and anomalies; and assisting with research and data gathering activities.

Client Service and Project Management – Our employees execute and deliver high quality engagement tasks both independently and in a collaborative setting with a focus on client satisfaction. Our consultants play a lead role in supporting key client projects, ensuring projects are completed in an efficient manner to meet client deadlines.

Industry Knowledge and Development – As a Consultant, you can expect to expand your industry knowledge, contribute to the development of consulting capabilities, and effectively articulate our key business propositions to clients.

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree with strong academic success. Candidates from all disciplines, including the Humanities, are encouraged to apply.

  • The ability to fluently speak and write in the Russian language.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Writing skills are particularly important for this role.

  • Stellar analytical and research skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Visio is a plus, but not required.

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ability to quickly learn new skills and subject matter.

  • The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.

  • The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks.

  • A demonstrable willingness to work more than 40 hours when needed.

  • Frequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another location
