Moove Lubricants - Customer Service Advisor

Are you educated to degree level? Do you speak fluent Russian? Do you have previous experience in Customer service?

Moove Lubricants is a leading provider of automotive fluids, oils and chemicals for passenger cars throughout the UK, Europe and Asia. We are looking for you to join our European customer services team as a Customer Service Advisor in Gravesend.

Your opportunity:

As part of the Customer Service team your role will include dealing with general customer enquiries by email and over the telephone.

There is a high administration part to this role where you are dealing with customer orders, confirmation documents or helping resolve questions or queries.

You will be managing any issues liaising with internal departments to ensure we get great resolutions and our customer continues to receive a high calibre of customer service.

Skills required:

  • Russian- verbal & written

  • A University Degree

  • Experience in customer service this could be retail or previous call centre experience.

  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

  • The ability to build a good rapport.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable not essential)
