An Account Manager will be involved in creating, organizing and delivering small and large programs across Tennis, Sailing and Golf. There will be occasional management of Music and Entertainment programmes in EMEA region and technology projects. This role will require occasional travel within EMEA region.
Heres what you will do:
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels
Organised/detail orientated with regards to event planning
Third party supplier management
Event schedule management
Guest management experience – management of online guest management system and guest communications
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Brand management and engagement
Comfortable and confident in front of customers and senior executives
Event briefing and reporting
A critical eye – always looking for ways to improve guest/customer experiences
Willing to travel (to golf days across EMEA)
Calm under pressure / ability to think on your feet and react to situation
Budget management skills – ensure project and events budgets are researched, presented and approved by client
Reactive – an Account Manager will need to cope with all the last minute changes that always happen at events
Brand knowledge and broad understanding of account and strategy
