This is an outstanding opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business ( leading the market in the ROI of sports events and fan behaviour. You will be coming in at analyst level, joining our dynamic data team at our London HQ delivering intelligence, insight and success relating to consumer behaviour. You will have the chance to work in a fun, ambitious and fast paced environment, providing you with the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the sport, entertainment and events industry. The role will involve global travel.


  • You will assist in project set up, collecting, organising and tracking data inputs
  • You will be transforming and evaluating data adhering to methodologies and processes with minimal supervision
  • You will assist the design of projects to address client objectives
  • Your will identify, analyse and interpret key performance measures and trends in multidimensional data sets validating model results and conduct face validity checks
  • You will communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, interpretation of data and actionable insight
  • You will be able to convey capabilities and results to clients in a manner they can understand and use to drive their business
  • You will assist with template creation, customised charts, presentation builds and contribute to insight recommendations
  • You will work on client accounts such as Nielsen, UEFA, FIFA and Formula 1 and provide project support as required from time to time


  • Educated to degree level - minimum 2.1 in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, statistics, economics, Computer Science, Quantitative Psychology or Sociology, Industrial Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ market research experience (supplier side)
  • Possess an understanding of statistics
  • Be interested in customer research and consumer behaviour
  • Understand methodology behind Wi-Fi Analytics
  • Detail oriented with good problem solving skills
  • Able to present complex data in easy to understand manner
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Experience working with data using one of the following SPSS, SAS, SQL, R and VBA
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • MS office suite proficient
  • Experience of working in a UNIX/Linux environment preferred
  • Must be passionate about sport and understand this industry sector
  • Second languages at native or business level desirable particularly, Arabic, French, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
