Who You'll Work With

You’ll work in London with our Finalta team. You will be an Associate Director in our established Central and Eastern Europe team. Travel is required to attend client meetings but does not involve long periods working on site with clients.

Building on more than ten years' experience working with leading banks and insurers, Finalta combines performance benchmark data and best-practice knowledge from 250 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.

Annual benchmarking provides clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement. Our best-practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost, and risk of change.

What You'll Do

You will be a trusted advisor to C-suite execs and board members in your client organisations, and will be responsible for both managing and developing an existing client portfolio, and developing relationships with new clients to grow your portfolio.

You will also be part of the broader Finalta EMER leadership team and will contribute to developing, growing and managing the region. You will be given high levels of responsibility from the start, focusing on three main elements - Management and Leadership; Client Delivery and Commercial Accountability.

In regard to management and leadership, your responsibilities will include managing, developing and inspiring a team of Managers/Analysts, focusing on their professional development and leadership skills plus focusing on project delivery, operational excellence and proactively leading initiatives to achieve this. You will lead the design and implementation of one or a number of Finalta’s strategic initiatives and workstreams and support general company management activities, such as recruiting, training, direction setting and planning.

Your client delivery responsibilities will include managing multiple senior clients and key stakeholders during and throughout the research and delivery process and creating compelling data-driven insights and original thinking that helps clients to maximise their performance. In addition, you will present key findings to senior management and board level clients, to get their buy-in and help translate the results into action plans. You will supervise the smooth running of our benchmarking projects to ensure that they are completed on time and on quality, and delivering a good client experience.

Additionally, you you will be responsible for managing and deepening existing client relationships with other products and services from Finalta’s portfolio. You will also be responsible for end-to-end business development for new clients and/or new markets - including business development with C level executives, client pitches, proposal writing, pipeline management, and contract negotiations.

This is a great opportunity for inspirational leaders with proven analytical ability, looking for a new challenge. You will be offered a rare chance to join the leadership team in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment.
