Mann's Solutions - Business Development Consultant - Russian Speaker

The main aim of the Business Development Consultant is to be responsible for leading and managing our clients and our partners within allocated markets and associated workload.

The job of Business Development Consultant involves conducting routine work on the delivery of business relationship services to existing and potential clients and partners of Mann’s Solutions. It involves a lot of client contact, you will be responsible for generating your own letters and statements in our computer system. You will have to liaise with other stakeholders of the firm.


Markets & Partnerships Development

  • Produce internal reports and analyses on prospective markets to expand and develop the company presence globally
  • Prepare and execute strategic plans entering new markets within vision and strategic targets of the company as a whole
  • Undertake desk based research to support the Business Development Department in identifying new partnerships in existing markets of the company
  • Approach prospective partners from different industries and lease with intermediaries to expand the company’s market share and partner’s base
  • Lease with current partners and provide to them up to date information about our services with focus on generating new leads and building brand awareness of the company
  • Arrange and attend business meetings with partners
  • To assist our partners with questions regarding their potential or current clients with our company
  • To answer the questions from existing or new clients within 24 hours of receiving it
  • Track and report progress with implementation of strategic plan, customer budgets, and ongoing forecasts within your market’s responsibility

Clients Relationship Management

  • Work with direct enquiries and generate new leads from partners and directly via the company social media and website
  • Present services of the company and describe benefits of it to the clients
  • Seek assistance on obtaining general information of services from other relevant departments of the company
  • Maintain current leads and supervise them during whole period of decision making
  • Convert current leads into Sales opportunities and pass it to relevant team member
  • Supervise and manage ongoing Sales opportunities to offer additional services to the clients
  • Arrange and attend business meetings with clients and maintain long-term professional relationship
  • To answer the questions from existing or new clients within 24 hours of receiving it

Internal Communication & Reporting

  • Lease with other departments of the company with incoming enquiries and questions relating to particular service
  • Using our internal client record system - to create Lead for your our potential clients and keep it regularly updated; transfer the Lead into Sales opportunities once Sale made
  • To communicate with the Accounts Department in regards to invoices, received payments and when the funds can be released
  • To work and behave in a professional manner and within the higher standards of the profession
  • Carry out duties given by the partners or employees faithfully and diligently and follow all reasonable instructions
  • Treat all information about the firm and its clients and their business as wholly confidential
  • To prepare a report on the progress of the Leads and Sales Opportunities on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • To prepare forecast Sales Reports within strategy and requirements of the company
  • Improve existing business by increasing customer satisfaction

Marketing & Branding

  • Prepare marketing plan for existing markets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis with description of costs and potential market share coverage
  • Manage Social media channels and execute marketing plan with instructions of senior member of staff
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns in accordance with marketing Plan of the Company
  • Prepare, organize and lead international events, Seminars, private events, exhibitions with instructions of senior member of staff of the company
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on past activities and results of marketing tasks set up in Marketing plan of the company


  • Organised and reliable with attention to detail
  • Working proficiency in English language. Knowledge of Russian is essential
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, including strong “executive presence” and ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • High degree of creativity, curiosity, and optimism, with an eye for possibilities that will drive the business forward
  • Desire to learn and build an analytical skill set including excel modelling and data analysis using SQL
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with a strong bias towards action


Its depends on experience of the candidate from £20,000 + BONUS
