To work with dynamic, and growing brands to gain insights into their changing consumer landscape and help them shape how they communicate with target audiences on social media and beyond.
Lead and develop client relationships, across a wide range of industries including high profile accounts , offering expert advice on how to answer key research questions
Manage domestic and International social media analysis and research projects, motivating and training other team members to deliver impactful and insightful outputs
Conduct qualitative and quantitative social media research and analysis projects to draw insightful conclusions, and create compelling stories
Report and present (in writing and in person) to an advanced standard at a senior level, credibly and compellingly
Take advantage of opportunities to sell new, repeat and / or additional business across Kantar Media’s Insight offer
Contribute to the development of the Insight team offer and support opportunities to develop thought leadership
Draws on a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience agency-side or client-side in a market research, brand consultancy or marketing communications environment
Driven to develop relationships to secure additional business and motivated by the desire to broaden and deepen client relationships
Has an appetite for getting involved with new ideas and techniques and can demonstrate aptitude, interest, and potentially experience of social media research relevant techniques and tools
Is credible and personable, and is capable of becoming a trusted research / insight partner
Successfully leads and motivates others, supervising the project work of a small team of analysts and client managers
Can deliver meaningful insights and formulate actionable recommendations
Can craft compelling proposals to respond to new project opportunities
Has native proficiency in a foreign language – specifically French, Portuguese Or Russian
