Conduct qualitative and quantitative social media research and analysis at a basic and intermediate level, in support of other team members and, over time, more autonomously.
Draw insightful conclusions from large volumes of content, identifying trends and patterns, using either a single source of data or multiple sources to create cross-referenced conclusions, and drawing on both evidential and creative / intuitive techniques of interpretation
Produce accurate, clear, compelling and insightful reports.
Is occasionally client-facing, managing client requests and attending client meetings to present analysis work
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
Has experience agency-side and / or in-house in a market research, media analysis, brand consultancy or marketing communications environment
Has mastery of social media research tools (NB the latter is not a mandatory requirement for recruitment as access and training will be provided, but the successful candidate will demonstrate aptitude and interest)
Is interested in and understands social media conversations as a research source for marketing and consumer insights
Is driven by the desire to understand the needs, motivations and attitudes of people, and constantly seeks a deeper level of knowledge and understanding
Is committed to delivering analysis and insight at the highest level, constantly seeking to raise the bar on delivery, performing insight identification, using evidential and intuitive / creative interpretation techniques, and creating compelling stories around analysis and insight
Languages would be a distinct advantage – specifically Italian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese Or Russian
