Summary Description of Position:

Working as part of the Marketing and Membership team for EMEA, this role will require the successful candidate to create and implement a variety of marketing activities and provide support for our events programme.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Marketing and Events functions.

  • Create and produce marketing literature, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies as required (eg advertising, mailshots, newsletter articles, blog posts and promotional leaflets etc).

  • Deliver and analyze engaging digital marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.

  • Source and evaluate advertising opportunities in print and digital media

  • Support Events Strategy to identify event opportunities where (ISC)² can benefit from presence and exposure

  • Support marketing and planning for various events including the EMEA Summit, industry events, exhibitions, conferences and webinars (includes ordering and managing all merchandise and printed literature as well as logistics).

  • Working with the EMEA team to oversee brand is well represented across the region

  • Support Head of Marketing Strategy & Delivery as required

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned


  • University degree, marketing qualification or equivalent is required

  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a marketing-related role, ideally with some in events or event marketing

  • Experience of delivering digital marketing campaigns and using marketing technology to deliver effective marketing campaigns required

Physical & Mental:

  • Work extended hours, when necessary

  • 10% travel required

  • Work in an office environment using dual monitor computer screens
