Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of and exposure to cross border emergency medicine and operations.

  • Knowledge of and exposure to loyalty concierge solutions.

  • Leadership and people management skills. Strong track record in recruiting excellent staff, upgrading organizations, motivating people, and dealing with performance issues.

  • In depth knowledge of governmental and regulatory authorities in Eastern Europe and Caspian Sea, including its operations and processes.

  • Excellent Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organization.

  • Entrepreneurial. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast changing, complex and unstructured environment.

  • International exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities.

  • Commercial acumen.

Required Work Experience:

  • Must have senior level experience of leading a cross border emergency medicine and operations business.

  • Must have senior level experience of loyalty concierge solutions.

  • Must have lived and worked in at least one Russian speaking country.

  • Substantial P&L and general management experience in a leading bluechip multinational company, with a track record of success demonstrated through fast track promotions.

  • Strong background in Sales and Marketing, with a significant direct business development experience.

  • Experience of selling complex solutions B2B to multinational companies in a fast moving, global 24/7 environment, in the IT, logistics, HR outsourcing, or other professional business services sectors. The focus should have been on the implementation of complex solutions, not general/strategic consultancy. Outstanding candidates from other industry sectors would also be considered.

  • Has had experience and demonstrated success in working in a cross-border, matrix structure and has directly managed S&M, HR, Operations and Finance teams

  • Experience of living/working in an emerging market would be a strong advantage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a premier university with strong academic achievements. MBA preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • A significant level of travel will be required.

Required Languages:

  • Fluent in English and Russian language, spoken and written.
