Innovative Systems - Professional Services Consultant

What you will be doing:

No two days will be alike as you combine your technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to deliver the full range of client life cycle services to clients throughout Great Britain, the continent of Europe and other parts of the world.

You will collaborate with teammates and company leadership across the organization as you engage in a variety of activities from assisting sales during the sales and discovery phase to actual configuration and implementation of Innovative's on-premise and SaaS solutions, providing client insights regarding to product management and engineering that will help define our next generation of products and then a hand-off to the teams responsible for oncoming customer success. Specifically, you will:

  • Participate in all phases of the software delivery cycle (planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support)

  • Demonstrate Innovative's products during the sales cycle and help clients understand the products' effectiveness in creating success for their business

  • Assist with development of proof of concepts (POCs)

  • Perform customization analysis and develop recommendations to meet the client's needs

  • Effectively manage and communicate project timelines to internal and external customers

  • Effectively manage client expectations and proactively communicate any issues/concerns to leadership

  • Install Innovative' s software products on site, remotely, or as SaaS solutions

  • Use batch processes to integrate Innovative products into client processes

  • Use software application programming to integrate Innovative products into client systems as needed

  • Perform testing and ensure conformance to Innovative high quality standards

Requirements you need to have include:

  • Minimum 1-2 years prior client support or technical consultancy experience with software data management, data quality, master data management, and/or risk/compliance solutions

  • University degree, minimum level 2:2 in computer or information science, mathematics or related technical degree

  • Solid SQL experience including working with SQL databases and SQL scripting language

  • Experience with C#, Java, .Net, or other related languages or technologies; Windows Server technologies is highly desired

  • Experience with scripting, batch processing, data file manipulation, or Web services

  • Knowledge of data management concepts, data analytics, data quality, data integration, business intelligence, CRM, Report Writer, or similar technologies

  • Strong analytic and problem–solving skills

  • Excellent skills of analysis and communication to interpret and present technical concepts to technical and non-technical individuals

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow-through

  • Proven ability to establish and meet goals, deadlines, and priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven, effective team player/collaborator

  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15%, including Great Britain, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the United States, and other locations

It's a plus if you have...

  • Prior client-facing technical consultancy experience with software data management, data analytics, master data management, and/or risk/compliance solutions

  • Knowledge or experience in the risk/compliance domain, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, solutions or software

  • Prior experience in banking or financial services

  • Experience with SWIFT, SEPA and UK payment schemes

  • Multilingual skills ranging from English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, etc. are highly desired!
