We are looking for a Russian-speaking Business Developer/Marketing Coordinator to join our team initially as an intern, with the possibility of subsequent full-time employment. Tier 2 Visa sponsorship is available.

The job will be split between 2 companies: Immigration Tax Partners Ltd (75%) and Artisan Raw Ltd (25%):
Immigration Tax Partners is a well-established accountancy practice specialising in international clients.
Artisan Raw is an exciting start-up which is launching its first range of dairy-free products.
You need to have a strong desire to succeed and a detailed understanding of the services we offer at Immigration Tax Partners Ltd. Success within this role will come from the ability to confidently and competently explore business opportunities and drive business awareness using your in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings.
Key responsibilities within this role will include developing a clearly defined marketing and sales strategy and leading the end-to-end sales process within the accounts.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing clients.
Write and translate complex articles on taxation from English into Russian and post them on social media.
Oversee the preparation of marketing literature.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy using various social media platforms, Google business and marketing tools, SEO and website development tools.
Write emails and letters confidently and competently in effortless, business English.
Be comfortable in different roles – sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
Key skills and qualifications:
A university degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient.
Bilingual proficiency in Russian is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to cold call potential clients with confidence.
Must possess a broad technical background (including an understanding of website development, SEO, social media platforms, Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Analytics etc.) and have the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and jump in if needed.
Experience working with bloggers and influencers.
Business Developers must be skilled at securing leads and closing deals with clients.
Be comfortable in a target-driven environment and work to overcome any barriers that would prevent the targets from being met.
Excellent organisational skills are essential, and performance monitoring will be a requirement.
A passion for healthy eating, nutrition and sustainable lifestyle is essential for working at Artisan Raw Ltd.
Experience in and knowledge of photography and graphic design, especially packaging design, would be an advantage.
