IGN Estates - Human Resources Manager

The company is looking to hire an ambitious Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing all HR processes. They will need to implement and control a fast and efficient recruitment and training strategy. They will need to be flexible to change and constantly grow and adapt the systems to a fast changing environment. They will also be responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting on the weekly statistics collected from each staff member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment (through specialised avenues, not just job boards);

  • Organisation and conduction of interviews, tests and employment contract preparation;

  • Oversee the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs;

  • Staff statistic tracking and creation of weekly staff progress reports across all departments;

  • Management of holidays, sickness, disciplinary actions;

  • Organisation of staff training;

  • Recommending and updating HR guidelines, policies and procedures;

  • Stay abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisation’s HR strategy and recommends appropriate action;

Skills required:

  • Experience in HR department, including interviewing, handling staff problems and keeping track of staff progress.

  • Previous experience in a similar role;

  • Knowledge of IT and website functionality/HR systems.

  • Good organisation skills;

  • Fluent knowledge of Russian and English languages in order to maintain effective rapport with staff who has limited knowledge of English.
