House of Garrard - Offline Marketing and Communications Executive

Oversee and execute all wholesale marketing and communications for the House of Garrard and support retail and new business marketing activities internationally and in the UK. The role will involve close cooperation with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure consistent communications across brand touchpoints to meet key business targets.

Duties include: 

Wholesale Marketing: 

  • Ensure each wholesale partner has their annual marketing plan in place and approved by the Head of Marketing and the Global Sales Director

  • Monitor each partner’s marketing plan and co-op budget, pro-actively providing support and suggestions to maximise ROI

  • Build strong relationship with the marketing teams of each wholesale partner and be the point of contact for each partner’s marketing requirements

  • Proactively work with each wholesale partner to ensure maximum brand reach across all channels to support sales

  • Keep the Garrard marketing calendar up to date with partner activities and ensure the Garrard Marketing and Wholesale teams are aware of upcoming events and key dates

  • Work closely with the Digital Team to ensure that partners’ digital requests and requirements are created and shared in a timely manner

  • Ensure all press releases and partner specific creative collateral is created and shared with each partner in a timely manner and on a regular basis

  • Liaise with the partners’ marketing teams and Garrard’s Wholesale Sales Team to devise and implement a sales event schedule across the globe

  • Ensure all partner events are at the high standard and are in keeping with the House of Garrard brand guidelines

  • Create effective sales tools for each market including event collateral, product catalogues and client brochures, and ensure they are delivered to the partners on a timely basis

Retail Marketing: 

  • Support the execution of retail and brand events both in the UK and overseas

  • Support the execution of brand partnerships, including the brand’s hero partnership with Royal Ascot

  • Support in the production of offline sales collateral to support retail client outreach

New Business Marketing: 

  • Support the marketing requirements around new business opportunities to support the Sales Team with partnerships and events

Global PR: 

  • Support in the execution of PR events, press appointments and press shoots

Across all areas: 

  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular progress updates to the Offline Marketing and Communications Manager

  • Work closely with the Digital Team to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels

  • Understand and be mindful of the marketing budgets to ensure activities are executed within budget to maximise ROI

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in luxury marketing essential

  • Educated to a degree level – (Marketing-related qualification is desirable but not essential)

  • Prepared to travel when required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good understanding of Indesign and Photoshop programmes

  • A second language in Arabic, Russian or Mandarin would be desirable but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year
