Harrington Starr - Head of Sales

A global leader in Connectivity and Digital Transformation services is seeking a Sales leader to manage and grow their Eastern European business unit.

As technology continues to advance, my client is very focused on staying at the forefront of the Digital age and to bring on like-minded superstars to engage and retain their existing Enterprise Customers.

You will be responsible in managing a team of 8 Global Account Directors, with an global scope.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience managing and motivating a global sales team

  • Enterprise Account Management experience

  • Sales trained with strong methodology (e.g.SPIN or Miller Heiman training)

  • Able to recruit, train and manage sales teams

  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts

  • Experience in selling Complex Deals in Digital Transformation (Software Defined Network Services, Security, IoT, Cloud Services, Unified Communications, Managed LAN etc.)

  • Must have a BA/BS Degree or higher

  • Languages: English (fluent), plus Russian
