Grand Design London - Bookkeeper

We are a Design and Build company based in London, focusing on providing full service to all our clients. We are specialised in full refurbishments, general renovation, extensions, and loft conversions for residential properties.

We believe that having a strong team means greater results, which is why we are looking for new members to join us in our ever-growing business.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bookkeeper for full-time work, who will be required to help in all aspects of the accounting work in the office of the company, with occasional ad hoc administrative duties.

The ideal candidate must be responsive, hardworking and have experience in similar positions.

You must:

  • Have experience in a similar position.

  • Have excellent command of spoken and written English.

  • Have experience with QuickBooks.

  • Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (primarily focusing on Excel and Word).

  • Be organised and meticulous.

  • Be motivated and driven to provide the best possible results in time.

  • Be a team player.

The following could be considered as an advantage:

  • Knowledge of Bulgarian, Russian.

  • Having any additional certifications and trainings in the field.

  • Experience in the administrative work in the construction business.
