About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant for full-time work, who will be required to help out in all aspects of the administrative work in the office of the company.

The ideal candidate must have experience in similar positions.

About You

You must:

  • Have experience in a similar office position.
  • Have excellent comand of spoken and written English.
  • Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (primarily focusing on Excel and Word).
  • Have polite telephone manner.
  • Be organised and meticulous.
  • Be motivated and driven to provide the best possible results in time.
  • Be a team player.

The following could be considered as an advantage:

  • Knowledge of Bulgarian, Russian, Greek.
  • Having any additional certifications and trainings in the field.
  • Experience in the administrative work in the construction business.
