Golden Arch Properties has strategic partnerships with the UK’s leading house builders as well as overseas developers. We help overseas-based clients navigate the luxury property New Builds’ market in London, and find both homes and investments in the UK.

In addition, we also help clients buy holiday villas in Cape Verde - a tropical paradise in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

The company is growing in all areas and we are now expanding our sales operation into new territories, and in particular China, Russia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE),with a view of promoting the luxury New Build Properties.

What We Offer

We offer you the work flexibility and a MASSIVE 40% commission on all sales you close.

Associate Property Consultant / Sales Negotiator - Self Employed; Immediate Start

This is a self-employed, commission only position (you will be responsible for your costs and taxes). But unlike salaried jobs within the real estate industry, we offer you an uncapped earning potential, based on a whopping 40% commission on all sales you generate and complete, with an achievable OTE of £80,000+ per annum.

You will enjoy operating within a fast-paced international environment, and your . responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of B2C and B2B relationships.

This is not an office job, so you have the work flexibility. It is up to you how much and when you work. That said, the earning potential is what you make of it, so you will get out of this opportunity as much as you put into it.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for exceptional, ambitious and driven sales professionals, who share our passion for property and excellent customer service, to join our fast-growing family of the Associative Property Consultants.

The successful candidate will be a charismatic, entrepreneurial and determined individual able to develop and manage relationships with clients, and assist them with their property purchase.

You are a self-starter able to work at your own initiative and to your own schedule and targets, and you pride yourself on delivering consistent results.

The previous sales experience in New Builds and selling property off-plan as well as selling high worth assets, and an understanding of investments and markets would be a bonus.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Is based in London

  • Has excellent knowledge of the London luxury property market and New Builds

  • Has substantial experience in a sales role selling off-plan and New Builds

  • Can tap into their connections / contacts

  • Communicates successfully in writing and on the phone

  • Is proficient in English and one of the following languages: Chinese, Russian or Arabic (or other languages spoken in Dubai)

  • Is proficient in online tools (Google Suite for Work), CRMs, and live screen presenting and video calls

  • Has a s strong work ethic and drive to generate new business

  • Has a tenacity to chase and close deals in a competitive market

  • Has confidence and ability to adapt to different nationalities and sales scenarios

  • Has the ability to overcome objections

  • Is a self-starter able to work at own initiative

  • Has a valid UK work permit / visa

Responsibilities

As an Associate Property Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • B2C development, including creating and managing a client database

  • Promoting and selling off-plan / selling New Builds / selling developments in London

  • Managing a client database (CRM)

  • Managing the client journey

  • Attending property and business events in London or overseas (if you frequently travel to the country you cover) to promote GAP and sell property

  • Undertaking viewings

  • Negotiating

  • Completing the transaction process and sales progression

This is NOT a 9-5 job. You will NOT wear a uniform, and you will NOT spend 8 hours a day in the office cubicle.
