GDL Property - Site and Project Manager

We are a Design and Build company based in London, focusing on providing full service to all our clients. We are specialised in full refurbishments, general renovation, extensions, and loft conversions for residential properties.

We believe that having a strong team means greater results, which is why we are looking for new members to join us in our ever growing business.


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Site & Project Manager,who will be required to fully take care of the on-site management at some of our projects, including but not limited to:

  • organising day-to-day tasks for the workers

  • occasional communication with the clients at the respective projects

  • arranging orders and deliveries of the necessary materials

  • ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to specification and budget

  • complying with Health and Safety requirements

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the field and have managed similar types of projects.


You must:

  • Have previous management experience within the Construction Industry, with strong construction knowledge across a variety of trades

  • Have the ability to oversee design stages

  • Have a keen eye for detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Have good knowledge of spoken and written English.

  • Be motivated and driven to provide the best possible results in time

  • Be a good decision-maker.

  • Be a team player

  • Be a natural leader, with the ability to oversee multiple jobs at one time, often within pressured time frames and at numerous sites

The following could be considered as an advantage:

  • Having own transport and a full clean UK driving licence.

  • Having own tools.

  • Have fluency in Bulgarian and/or knowledge of Russian.

  • Having any additional certifications and trainings in the field.
