Four Seasons - Sales Co-ordinator

The Sales Coordinator - who must be fluent in both Russian and English - will provide all support functions to the Associate Regional Director of Sales within the WSO including the following:

  • Liaising with hotel sales and reservations departments, as well as clients, utilising good persuasion/negotiation skills

  • Co-ordinating and preparing events in Russia and CIS, including invitations, venue searches, budgeting and logistics

  • Responding to emails and telephone enquiries in a calm and friendly manner

  • Understanding the overall market trends - including competitive set, economic trends and supply and demand - and how to sell against them

  • Partnering with Sales departments on-property to identify new business and achieving office revenue goals

  • Assisting with selling, implementation and follow-through of sales activities

  • Providing other sales support as needed within the overall sales strategy and upon direction from the Associate Regional Director of Sales

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client, account and opportunity data in sales database

  • Analysing accounts' production and preparing monthly reports

  • Performing other duties, as assigned, to meet the business needs of the office

The successful candidate will be:

  • Flexible, cooperative, able to multi-task, and be a team player.

  • Creative with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken), with additional language skills a plus

  • Competent in use of Excel and Powerpoint

A University degree or equivalent is required and prior hotel or travel agency experience would also be advantageous.
