The Sales Coordinator - who must be fluent in both Russian and English - will provide all support functions to the Associate Regional Director of Sales within the WSO including the following:
Liaising with hotel sales and reservations departments, as well as clients, utilising good persuasion/negotiation skills
Co-ordinating and preparing events in Russia and CIS, including invitations, venue searches, budgeting and logistics
Responding to emails and telephone enquiries in a calm and friendly manner
Understanding the overall market trends - including competitive set, economic trends and supply and demand - and how to sell against them
Partnering with Sales departments on-property to identify new business and achieving office revenue goals
Assisting with selling, implementation and follow-through of sales activities
Providing other sales support as needed within the overall sales strategy and upon direction from the Associate Regional Director of Sales
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client, account and opportunity data in sales database
Analysing accounts' production and preparing monthly reports
Performing other duties, as assigned, to meet the business needs of the office

A University degree or equivalent is required and prior hotel or travel agency experience would also be advantageous.
