Entertainment One’s Family & Brands Division is now gearing up for the launch of its newest property, Ricky Zoom, a brand new animated pre-school TV series from the producers of PJ Masks.

You will primarily be responsible for providing day-to-day support to drive growth in and expansion of the Consumer Products programme across selected territories in EMEA for all Entertainment One’s Family Brands, as well as directly managing agents and exploring new business opportunities and licensed collaborations and promotions.
Direct management of licensing programme in selected territories within EMEA to include regular business reviews, agent performance review range planning & development ensuring in line with wider EMEA licensing strategy and overarching company brand strategies
Providing day-to-day support to Director, Licensing – EMEA to include meeting preparation, management of contract process and liaison with UK, LATAM, US and APAC Licensing team on category information and opportunities
Working closely Director, Licensing – EMEA to brainstorm, research & launch new product/category areas and licensed promotional opportunities/collaborations
Creation of targeted presentations to pitch, support or launch licensing programmes or specific category areas
Working with Director, Licensing – EMEA on tracking royalty income and financial forecasting as well as monitoring and providing analysis of licensee’s retail distribution, retail promotions and competitors ranges
Responsible for regular territory market review and creation of competitor analysis reports
Proactively collaborate and communicate routinely and effectively with the wider eOne Family departments (Product Development, Brand and International Marketing, Content Sales, Legal, Finance)
Support Director, Licensing – EMEA and EMEA Retail function and agents to develop, present and implement sales driving retail marketing initiatives aimed at maximising brand and retail exposure
Assisting in the preparation and the running of licensee/partner presentations and licensing trade shows
Previous experience in a licensing/retail role necessary
International experience within licensing and brand management
Able to demonstrate good sales and negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills
Additional European language desired
