We are looking for an experienced and high-performing international business development professional to help us increase our customer acquisition and jumpstart international expansion by keeping ELICITE competitive and innovative. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building an effective export sales system, maximizing the potential of the international sales team, creating sales plans and aligning these with the Managing Director and business founders.
The Business Development Manager (for CIS region) would be working with both existing Eastern European customers and the development of new revenue streams in CIS region, we are looking for someone to focus on business development within CIS and Eastern Europe countries. The successful candidates will need to speak fluent Russian and have a proven track record in sales and building wholesale distribution network in CIS and Eastern Europe.
Fluent Russian speaker, higher proficiency in English
Excellent understanding of business culture within region
A strategic thinker and smart operator with at least 3 years’ experience as a Business Development manager or in a senior Commercial Role.
Proven track record of sales in FMCG goods (preferably in Alcohol products)
Proven track record of developing distribution networks (preferably in CIS markets)
Ability to travel on regular basis
Digital technology minded and entrepreneurial mind-set
Experience working with ERP, CRM systems and Excel.
Knowledge and/or experience of the fine wine market would be advantageous but not essential.
