The 2nd and 3rd line IT Support Analyst:
The 2nd and 3rd line IT Support Analyst will be in charge fordelivering a positive customer experience while implementing upgrades onElekta oncology software products. Ideally you be fluent in a secondEuropean language (French or German would consider Spanish, Russian orItalian), although if you are highly skilled within the IT field thismay not be necessary

Responsibilities of the 2nd and 3rd line IT Support Analyst:
Upgrades. Perform all aspects of upgrading a customers oncologyinformation system (OIS), including: determining if a customer site isready for an upgrade, planning for the upgrade, implementing new OISsoftware and testing after upgrade to ensure full functionality.
Communication. Explain the process, resources and steps necessary tocomplete a successful upgrade. Answer questions, provide expertise andkeep the customer informed throughout the upgrade process.
Documentation. Thoroughly document all upgrade steps followingElektas quality, regulatory and safety policies.
Customer Satisfaction. Ensure highly satisfied customers by takingresponsibility for the successful completion of the OIS upgrade.

Skills of the 2nd and 3rd line IT Support Analyst:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related subject (Preferred)
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft desktop and server operatingsystems (certification preferred)
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (certification preferred)
Experience with high-availability system architecture
2-3 years of experience with Citrix and related infrastructure and administration
Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook, Word, Excel,WebEx, and SalesForce
Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology experience strongly preferred
Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers(via phone and face-to-face)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated capability for decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness;
Ability to Travel 10-20%
Weekend work will be required (eg Thursday to Sunday)
