Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with FX Emerging Markets Trading team on building out high value automated reports and also assisting system development for systematic trading.

  • Close collaboration with many different areas of the FX department including Sales, Cash Trading, COO and CFO team

  • Opportunity to impact profitability by improving operational efficiencies and minimizing fails

  • Liaise with various internal departments including Operations, Asset Servicing, Collateral Management, Global Treasury and Market Liquidity Risk Management to properly vet transactions and troubleshoot issues

  • Build relationships with Institutional clients and their administrative teams

  • Assist in managing and monitoring market and liquidity risk

  • Track and follow FX and economic events to help identify trading opportunities

  • Capability to gradually expand mandate as candidate demonstrates proficiency

You Offer

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Sciences or higher in engineering, business, finance, economics or other quantitative disciplines

  • Proven deep interest in the financial markets

  • Prior experience in emerging markets with a focus on Russia

  • Ability to multi-task several high priority tasks simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal relationship management and client service skills

  • Strong valuation and analytical skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Understanding of the theoretical and practical principles of accounting and finance

  • Fluent English and Russian language skills

  • FCA exams preferred; otherwise the candidate will be required to pass these exams prior to starting in the role
