Your role will be varied and the different projects available are - lead development, telemarketing, appointment setting, event registration.

Experience:

You will have previous experience in an outbound telesales / telemarketing / lead generation / business development role and with have specifically been contacting decision makers on a business - business level, qualifying leads through various methods such as outbound calling and email.

You will be working alongside the Sales Team and will be working to provide them with high quality leads and information on potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling specifically to the BANT structure and speaking to C-Level decision makers.
  • Using various channels to communicate with the prospect to develop and nurture the lead.
  • Collate relevant information.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the company's products and services in order to correctly inform potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships externally and internally.
  • Work to achieve set targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in both English and either Nordic languages, Italian or Russian.
  • 1-2 years previous outbound calling experience in B2B level telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, business development, appointment setting
  • Objection handing skills and a confident yet professional approach is essential.
