Compact GTL - International Business Project Manager

International Business Project Manager is required for our busy and dynamic company. The candidate will directly report to company Directors, the post holder will be responsible for project management of the various client portfolios and ensuring that the processes and procedures within the business deliver the company goals and targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Working with the Technical and engineering team, set up and management of critical path for all regional gas to liquid opportunities.
Lead the routing of Russia, CIS, Turkey and Middle East projects, including collation of feedback from regional partners.

  • Communication of critical path to all parties including supply chain base.

  • Coordinates, deploys and prioritizes resources across projects in order to manage coordination costs and risks

Manages the project’s schedule, budget, quality, technical efforts and employees
Makes strategic and tactical decisions on the need for individual projects
Maintains the efficiency of important aspects of the project such as design, engineering, planning, project controls and budget
Typically manages a staff and provides an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities and, timely performance feedback
Leverage internal and external resources to administer policies and procedures consistently across all business lines, functions and locations
Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action
Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities and meet critical time deadlines
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and global standards
Adhere to and support CGTL’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
Effectively develops and applies the Core Skills to the job
May need to travel to attend to business related matters
Meets expectations on attendance and punctuality

Project Management and key liaison between a London-based management company and the various international organizations such as World Bank, EBRD etc.


  • Must be educated to master’s degree or above;

  • Experience in relationship and project management;

  • Experienced Project Manager;

  • Experience working with government and corporate bodies in Russia or CIS or Eastern Europe;

  • Must be fluent in English, Turkish and Russian;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £42,000.00 to £45,000.00 /year
