Welcome to the Client Reservations team

The Client Reservations team build long-lasting relationships with our extensive leisure client base and utilise their unrivalled knowledge of the serviced apartment market to source the most suitable accommodation options.

They also provide outstanding customer service, turning around enquiries with speed and precision, and regularly attend networking events and property openings.

Your role at SilverDoor and Citybase Apartments

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for taking enquiries from clients and sourcing suitable serviced apartments at competitive rates.

You’ll create and manage reservations from the booking stage right through to when the client checks out. Good interpersonal skills are needed to offer bespoke leisure advice to clients, as well as build solid business relationships with property partners.

We’ll send you out on property viewings to grow your knowledge of the serviced apartment industry, and show you how to generate new clients through business development.

Ideally you’ll have

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • A second language (ideally French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or Cantonese)

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Strong numeracy skills

  • Knowledge of the travel/hospitality industry

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00 to £22,400.00 /year
